The Role: Supply Chain Planner (EA FS Supply Chain)
What will you do?
- Review stocking policies, safety stocks, obsolescence & provision for the East Asia Field Service (FS) – Non-Secure Power (NSP) locations
- Ensure planning parameters are correctly maintained in Baxter and other related planning tools
- Conduct regular review of Min-Max with the 9 countries in East Asia
- Manage inventory level/value in each of the NSP FS locations and drive it’s reduction to achieve inventory target
- Provide strong support for the revenue achievement in the region related to FS NSP
- Serve as the first escalation level for any shortage events/project requirements and collaborate with other supplying plants for timely delivery
- Responsible for ensuring OTDS achievement and reduction of Back Order Lines
- Take the lead on the provision calculation for FS location and present to the respective local entities
- Guide the NSP Field Services replenishment team
Who would be successful?
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor / College Degree in Engineering (Industrial or equivalent field) / Computer Science / Information Technology or Business Administration / Management Studies or equivalent
- Strong understanding of the supply chain processes - Preferably 2-4 years experience specializing in Supply Chain preferably on Supply Planning
- Factory or functional Planning experience in a fast-paced manufacturing industry is a plus
- Regional role experience is an advantage
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Technical knowledge and understanding of integrated software systems (E2E control tower, SAP, oneMM, Baxter, etc)
- Strong communication skills to interact with vendors, suppliers, customers and other supply chain team members
- Strong stakeholder management as this entails interaction with 9 countries in East Asia
- Work location: Rosario Cavite
- Working arrangement: Compressed workweek, Mondays – Fridays, Hybrid set up 2x a week can work from home
