We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with a strong understanding of data handling and analytics and basic CRM exposure. This role is predominantly focused on data-related tasks including data collection, analysis, and modeling using Excel and SQL. The ideal candidate will also assist with CRM setup and maintenance, ensuring data integrity and supporting data-driven decision-making processes.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Perform data analysis using Zoho Analytics and SQL to support business decisions.
- Develop and maintain data models and databases.
- Generate reports and dashboards to visualize data insights.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within the data.
Data Collection and Management:
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of CRM systems.
- Ensure accurate data entry and data integrity within the CRM.
- Develop and implement data collection processes.
- Conduct data cleaning and validation to ensure data quality.
Programming and Data Modeling:
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and analysis.
- Develop basic scripts or programs to automate data processing tasks.
- Assist in the development of data models and schemas.
CRM Support:
- Provide support for CRM-related issues and queries.
- Assist in configuring and customizing CRM systems to meet business needs.
- Train staff on CRM usage and best data practices.
- Work with CRM vendors or IT teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs.
- Present data findings and insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to improve data workflows.
- Document processes and create user guides for data-related tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and SQL.
- Basic programming skills (e.g., Python, R) are a plus.
- Solid experience with Zoho.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar is a great plus.
- Experience with CRM systems and data collection processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices.
