What does a Regional Lead Merchandiser do? 

Regional Lead Merchandisers are responsible for overseeing the entire project of fixturing, merchandising, opening of new stores, and ensuring the total project is complete within the allotted time frame with the assistance of the client project team. 

Essential Functions: 

  • Overseeing the entire project of installing fixtures and setting merchandise in new store locations. 
  • Ensuring the project is completed within the allotted time frame. 
  • Verifying employees have been scheduled by client to complete the project. 
  • Verifying the store drawings and measurements for accuracy. 
  • Reporting all issues noted during prep visit. 
  • Dependable attendance and punctuality are required.

Work Experience

Requirements: 

  • Resume with related work experience: 
  • Retail supervisory experience 
  • Retail merchandising experience 
  • You must be able to travel out of state, providing your own vehicle. Travel is required 75-100% of the time typically within a 400-mile radius of base location. 
  • Basic merchandiser equipment and tools needed 

Required Education and Experience: 

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required. 
  • A minimum of 1 year of retail supervisory experience required. 
  • A minimum of 2 years of retail merchandising experience. 
  • Excellent organizational, communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Exhibit good leadership skills by promoting an inclusive team environment.
