Deeply understand the business operations, objectives, and challenges to ensure that data initiatives are closely aligned with the priorities of the organization. This includes maintaining an ongoing dialogue with key stakeholders to stay informed about changing business needs and market dynamics.
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify data-related issues affecting business processes and operational efficiency. Develop and implement data strategies (including ad hoc reports, data standardization, and process automation) that ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and integrity.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Business Intelligence technical engineers, finance, operations, and senior management, to facilitate proper definitions of requirements and changes in workflows or processes based on data insights.
Translate complex data findings into actionable insights, directly tying data analysis to business metrics and demonstrating the impact on organizational goals.
Prioritize data projects and initiatives based on their potential impact on business outcomes.
Learn and develop new processes to improve reporting tools and systems.
Manage and maintain Service Level Agreements with different third-party companies.
Requirements:
Business acumen with the ability to understand complex business environments and processes
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related quantitative field
With a minimum of five (5) years of relevant work experience
Advanced Microsoft Excel and SQL skills
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Python a plus
Detail-oriented and has proven project management skills
Open to flexible arrangements during campaign/peak seasons
Must be willing to station in Podium, Pasig office
