Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Pay: $14 per hour + (based on experience)

Location: Lewis, KS

Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and safety-conscious CNC Machine Operator to join a manufacturing team in Lewis, KS. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for producing hydraulic components in accordance with specifications to achieve consistent customer satisfaction. If you have a strong mechanical background, technical skills, and 3+ years of CNC Machine Operator experience, we invite you to apply.

Responsibilities of the CNC Machine Operator:

• Set up machine (calibration, cleaning, etc.) per documented work instructions or other requirements to start a production cycle.
• Control and adjust machine settings as required.
• Feed raw material or parts to semi-automate machines.
• Inspect parts with precision tools, test the operation of machines periodically and maintain a machine activity log.
• Keep records of approved and defective units or final products
• Check output to spot any machine related mistake or flaws.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines as needed.
• Ensure the safe and efficient operation of the machines.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Requirements of the CNC Machine Operator:

• High School Diploma and/or GED.
• Strong mechanical and technical skills.
• 3+ years of experience as a CNC Machine Operator.
• Experience as a manual machine operator is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Attention to detail and precision in work.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols.
• Ability to lift 50lbs

Compensation details for the CNC Machine Operator:

• Full-Time openings available. 
• The pay rate is $14 per hour, with potential for adjustment based on experience and performance.
