We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative (ENTRY Level) to join our growing team in Farmingdale. This is an inside-outside sales/marketing position in which you are networking with local companies within a defined geographic territory and interfacing with your team of staffing specialists daily.

Ideal Candidate for a position such as this would be very comfortable interacting with his peers in the sales/marketing field, as well as a CEO/Executive of a company. The Successful rep is organized, follows a daily/weekly plan, and demonstrates the desire and drive to become a top performing sales professional. This is a base salary, plus commission position. 

Job Highlights: 

• Effectively meet with the decision maker to assess needs and secure accounts
• Make 100 sales calls a week
• Document actions and goals into CRM system
• Develop a quarterly sales/marketing plan, identifying potential clients and business opportunities
• Research accounts and establish meetings, coordinated presentations when needed
• Introduce Express though discovery, planned, appointments, and telephone calls
• Develop unique value-added sales opportunities
• Network with Local Businesses
• Business to Business (B2B) sales (NO residential calls)
• Develop leads
• Contact local companies to set appointments
• Conduct service reviews and safety tours
• Develop marketing/sales proposals and respond to RFPs
• Basic data entry
• Generate New Business
• Prepare and execute a sales/marketing program.

What we look for: 

Own transportation

• Must be a people person and like to talk on the phone
• Computer savy is a must
• Territory sales or trade show familiarity is a plus
• Ability to carry marketing materials up and down stairs.
