Semi-Annual Team Bonus

This 2nd shift (3:30pm-12 mid, Sun-Thur) position contributes to the success of the Inbound/Inventory Movement department by performing the following functions: Stocking, Receiving, Replenishment, Cycle Count, and all other functions relating to Inbound/Inventory movement.

Core Accountabilities

  • Pick replenishment and full case orders using the MARC system.
  • Put away receiving cartons in storage locations.
  • This includes hand stack, high-rise bulk, and split cartons going to pick zones.
  • Unload and scan footwear cartons into SAP receiving system.
  • Separate cartons by status. Unload and scan accessory cartons into SAP receiving system.
  • Separate cartons by status and style/quantity.
  • Operate all warehouse machinery, this includes order pickers, deep reach, double length, fork truck, and yard tractor. Operating machinery will consist of at least fifty percent of workday.
  • Assist in Inventory accuracy and provide support to Shipping Reconciler.
  • Process factory exception forms when needed.
  • Communicate mis-picks to Inbound/Inventory Movement coordinators.
  • Provide and support company safety policies and procedures
  • Provide support to all warehouse functional areas when needed
  • Possess High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of distribution or warehouse operations.
  • Problem solving skills
  • Attention to and awareness of ergonomic issues in the workplace.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated oral and written communication skills.
  • Some computer skills preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to drive warehouse equipment preferred.

Computer skills: MS Word, Windows, Excel

May be required to perform a wide variety of physical tasks which are generally basic, repetitive, and routine in nature. May be required to sit or stand for long periods of time, in addition to being required to walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, push, or pull. May be frequently required to reach with hands and arms, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel small and medium sized components while operating machinery and exerting force or lift up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

May be called upon to perform physical and quality checks requiring sufficient visual acuity to identify quality flaws and distinguish colors on small components.

This position is not available to be performed in Colorado.
