Job Description

American Security has immediate openings for Experienced Security Officers in West Des Moines IA! Join an essential company to serve and protect the buildings and facilities in your community.

Schedules:

Assistant Lead: Mon-Fri 7am-3pm

Full Time: Tues-Fri 11pm-7am

Full Time: Mon-Fri 7am-3pm

Full Time: Thurs-Sun 3pm-11pm

Pay:

$16.50/hr.-$18/hr. (depending on experience)

Job Duties 

• Patrolling buildings, facilities, or work sites
• Investigating and reporting hazards or suspicious circumstances
• Securing doors and windows
• Enforcing rules and regulations
• Responding to alarms

Requirements 

• You must be 21 years old or older
• Must have at security experience (corporate experience preferred)
• Must have leadership experience in the security industry
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English proficiently
• A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
