Transports Charter House residents/clients to a variety of appointment needs in a safe and efficient manner. Responsible to complete resident/client escort assignment in a timely manner, interact politely and professionally with residents/clients, family members, and medical center staff. Functions independently within the role of escort.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience with geriatrics is preferred.
Must be able to work independently. Requires good communication and human relation skills to interact with residents/clients, family members and staff. Strong problem solving skills are necessary. Must be able to adapt to unpredictable situations and stress. Works varied hours, almost always during the day shift.
