Summary:

The growing People Team at Delinea is looking for a Sr. Manager, People Operations and Programs. This is an exciting, newly created role, focused on finding the why and translating it into a story that impacts the business. The ideal candidate is curious, a storyteller and fact finder, focused on yielding high impact results. Your mission is to drive impactful change throughout the company on a global scale and lead the Global Operations team of 3 people.

This position is a remote role and reports to the Senior Director, Global People Operations and Strategy. We anticipate very little travel associated with this role. As we are a remote company with offices across the globe, candidates should also be nimble and travel when the need arises.

This role will report directly into our Senior Director, Global People Operations.

What You’ll Do:

People Operations & Programs

  • Lead a team of Operations Specialists to ensure high quality deliverables and cross collaboration.
  • Own the creation and management of our people focused programs to enhance the employee experience, aligned to CoE objectives and philosophies
  • Support the People Team PMO with planning and executing M&A due diligence and integration processes
  • People policy review & refinement
  • Continuous operational improvement of people processes and data management
  • Partner with Finance and Security Teams and leverage Operations team resources to participate in and fully satisfy audit requests (ISO, SOC, etc) as relate to the People function

Analytics

  • You’ll partner closely with business executives and leaders to provide data-driven insights that enable Delinea to make strategic decisions about our talent
  • Own and lead the entire People Analytics strategy, working with key leaders at the company up to and including the Executive Team to share insights and key learnings from our people data to support our retention and recruiting strategies
  • Craft compelling stories through data analysis and cutting-edge visualizations that empower decision-makers to turn complex data into actionable insights
  • Bring your deep knowledge of the global landscape to craft actionable insights and strategy.
  • Weave together data threads that turn the complex into action utilizing storytelling and visualization expertise
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts across the people CoE’s to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insights
  • Advise on business processes and people programs, as well as other key data sources, to impact the right measurements needed for a high performance culture.

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum 8 years experience in an Human Resources Operations related field with at least 3 years focused on HR Analytics.
  • Undergrad Degree in a related field such as Business Management, People Sciences, Data Science, or Statistics
  • Experience in M&A, particularly in the realm of due diligence and integration planning
  • Strong background in operations, leading teams, projects, and programs on a global scale.
  • Strong experience in Policy creation, review, and refinement
  • Expert ability to translate business needs and problems into solutions
  • Advanced ability to investigate, analyze and solve complex problems/issues
  • Extraordinary analytical and quantitative skills with keen attention to detail
  • Exceptional executive communication skills with ability to convey business priorities and complex topics in an easily digested way
  • Proven ability in strategic problem framing, issue identification, and the development of practical business solutions
  • Demonstrated expertise partnering/consulting with executive leadership teams
  • Developer of talent; proven ability to coach and grow a team.

  • PMP and/or SHRM Certification
