This position is based in San Juan, Puerto Rico.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Consulting with project managers and technical experts to set up assignments, tasks, and subtasks.
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective scheduling management system
- Coordinating project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Monitoring project timelines and deadlines
- Identifying potential project schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timeous manner
- Evaluating performance and preparing project progress reports
- Accommodating updates and changes to project schedules
- Recommending actions to keep project timelines and deadlines.
- Documenting project scheduling processes and maintaining records.
- Develop and provide project schedule related reports including schedule quality assessments, earned value, cashflow forecasts and risks.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or Technical Field
Experience:
- 5- 8 years related scheduling experience, or in lieu of bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 9– 12 years relevant scheduling experience is required
- Ability to build a schedule from an estimate, Project Diagram, or verbal Scope of Work
- Strong analytical skills and evaluation techniques
- Extensive experience in schedule planning and management
- In-depth knowledge of the scope of projects within the industry
- Advanced ability to evaluate schedule quality, project progress and facilitate interventions.
- Ability to keep stakeholders informed of project timelines and changes.
- Experience and proficiency in using PC software and mainframe computer applications such as Excel, Access, Power Point, MS Project, Asset suite 8, Primavera P6
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize a variety of independent assignments and meet deadlines.
- Ability to effectively interface with all levels of management.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively facilitate meetings, problem solve and drive to resolution.
- Ability to schedule and facilitate project meetings with all stakeholders in office or field environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours and in field construction sites.
- Ability to handle conflict.
Soft Skills:
- Must possess good written and oral communications skills and have proven analytical experience.
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Superior time management skills; must be able to meet strict deadlines.

Requirements:
- Candidate must be local or willing to relocate to San Juan, Puerto Rico.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a driving record that meets Anser Advisory requirements.
