As a DevOps Engineer SCCM, you will be challenged as a DevOps Engineer for Microsoft SCCM on a global team that is transforming the NXP engineering and non-engineering end user experience in the Workplace product roadmap.

Your responsibilities

• This role is responsible for supporting and administrating NXP’s End User Computing Device Management Platforms globally for a scale of 10,000+ devices.
• This role is responsible for technical leadership for System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM/MCM), Imaging, task sequence, software distribution projects and automation.
• This role is responsible for the Microsoft Secure, Laboratory and Factory environments.
• Take ownership of the SCCM platforms and recommend solutions that improves the user experience, system stability and increase productivity.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend current and emerging tools, techniques, and technologies as related to SCCM
• Work with an Agile team including Product Manager, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Architecture and other agile team members.
• Lead efforts to document and share technical knowledge within team and with other support teams
• Works with product teams to define requirements and help assure the system evolves to meet the real needs of the stakeholders.

Your profile

To be successful in this role you have:

• University degree with IT orientation and 5+ years of system administration work experience with System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM/MCM) and Windows 10 Microsoft Modern Workplace.
• 5+ years of relevant IT experience in designing and deploying enterprise level IT infrastructure solutions within multinational organizations
• Strong scripting skills and focus on automation.
• Experience with Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP, KMS, PKI
• Structured, analytical and logical mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Solid experience in the field of technical documentation and the ability to present complex interrelationships in an easy and understandable way.
• Constant desire to improve the status quo, to learn about and discover new things.
• Experience with acting between business & IT service organization, being persuasive when required.
• Experience working in DevOps model
• Collaborative team player
• Able to work autonomously

Furthermore, you are:

• Agility and flexibility with changing priorities and business needs and in working with diverse teams and people
• Excellent problem-solving skills – able to identify, analyze and propose solutions to various technical and business issues
• Strong analytical skills - must be able to assemble and interpret data and deliver business insights
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, “self-starter” environment serving as a catalyst for change and managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune is desirable
• Microsoft certifications is a plus.

Contract: This is a fulltime position with a permanent contract
