Technician - Logistics (1.) To manage the assets and maintain correct allocation and assignment of inventory within client's call tracking system application. (2.) To prepare and submit dailyorweeklyormonthly reports to senior management. (3.) To review and analyze various reports ( shippingorreceivingordelay reasonsorfrustrated freight report) to update call tracking system. (4.) To run pre-defined queries for new assigned tickets, de-escalation query in client call tracking system and update the same in internal and client's call tracking systems.
