Responsibilities:

Position: Assistance Manager - Pricing

Air Export and Import console Freight Forwarding experience with MNC or any India company .If the candidate is having valid DG certificate will be the preferable choice . 

1)Air Import console Freight Forwarding process.

a)Console Manifest submission with customs

b)Sending pre alert to cnee

c)Handle DAP/DDU/DDP bookings

d)Coordinate /Follow up with origin/overseas team

e)Cargo Arrival Notice /Invoice should raise and send to cnee

f)Should have the knowledge of Airline ,Customs ,Airport Authority & other Govt Agency to handle console Import bookings

g)Manage to handle the problems /issues with all parties .

2)Air Export console /Freight Forwarding process.

a)Rate negotiate with Airline /IATA Agents for Export bookings

b)Execute the export/console shipments ,

c)Prepare the console MAWB,HAWB,Manifest and other required documents .

d)Handle Ex works shipments.

e)Coordinate /Follow up with overseas team/office,shipper ,transporter ,CHA ,buying agents and other parties for Export/console process .

f)Should have the knowledge of Airline ,Customs ,Airport Authority & other Govt Agency to handle export/console bookings

g)Manage to handle the problems /issues with all parties .

h)Handle DG bookings and should have the knowledge of DG bookings process

Job Requirements

Academic Qualifications:

• 5-6 years of relevant experience from freight forwarding Air freight background
• Good communication, Interpersonal skills.
• DG experience will be added advantage

Knowledge/ Skills

• Result oriented and target driven professional.
• Strong problem-solving and out of box thinking skills. 
• Adaptability and go getter attitude. 
• Good Interpersonal skills and Good Analytical bent of mind.
• Good communication and Presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
