About the team:

U4B offers enterprise solutions with Uber Eats and Uber taxi to Corporate clients, in order to support employee's daily meal and transportation during business hours.

The successful candidate expect to acquire new clients from In/Outbound prospecting, closing a deal and successfully onboard a client, in order to drive massive recurring sales for Uber.

Uber for Business Japan is still early phase and looking for big contributors for us to make an history. Mid-Market will be our priority and focus domains for near term and we are going to play in big at this domain.

We're looking for talents who have:

• 5+ years of B2B sales. Must have ability to deal and manage with ambiguity.
• Proven understanding of how to build a long-lasting relationship with corporate-level clients.
• Have the ability to implement a comprehensive business analysis.
• Must have ability to deal and manage with ambiguity.

Nice to Have:

• Advanced level of Business English (Ability to efficiently use English at interaction with client and internal key stakeholders)
• Work experience in Global company with experience working across regions / countries.
• Strong fact / data driven mindset with ability to analysis
• Advanced IT knowledge and literacy (e.g. SaaS, Mobile
• Strong with Office IT tool, such as Powerpoint, Excel and SalesForce (or other CRM)
