Fiscal Fitness
We help employees save for retirement by offering a plan that includes both employer and employee contributions for eligible employees. Our employer contribution includes a basic contribution of 5% of salary that you receive no matter what you contribute. We also provide an employer match contribution of 5-8% of salary, based on your years of service. You can choose from a variety of investment options through Fidelity Investments to make your hard-earned dollars go even further.

Education Assistance

Leave and Time Off

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $80.74 - $90.94 per hour
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
