What does the role involve?

Reporting to the Core Change Team Manager, your focus will be to provide support on the systems and applications used within the Business Finance area. You will aid the business in evaluating and prioritising change requests based on the value to the business and your stakeholders. This is a hybrid role with the requirement to work from our Staines (Pinetrees) office 2-3 days a week.

Some of your key duties will include:

• Gathering the business requirements and understanding the various ways in which we can provide solutions
• Implementing change to improve the application using the Alfa system
• Organising the testing with the business users and seeing the change through to delivery
• Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders relationships to adsress the incidents

What are we looking for?

You come with excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders which could be from colleagues in your team, the wider business all the way through to third-party vendors. You enjoy fact-finding and sharing new ideas to negotiate and influence change. You are a problem solver, a team player, and an enthusiastic person who finds job satisfaction from supporting others.

Also, we're looking for the following:

• Ability to think strategically
• Knowledge of Alfa and LaserNet (nice to have)
• Organisational skills
• Stakeholder management skills
