Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration.
• Experience: 6-8 years of working experience in accounting or finance functions. Experience in international accounting standards (IFRS) preferred.
• Languages: Fluent in English and Spanish
• Soft Skills: Entrepreneurial behavior, strong communicational skills, customer focus.
• Technical Skills: Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office and accounting guidelines. Knowledge in SAP, Advanced Excel and Macros preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

• Perform daily activities and periodic analyzes related to Financial Reporting, with main focus on Provisions for large entities in the North America region. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of the accounting information in SAP and other databases.
• Provide guidance and support to various stakeholders, ensuring proper accounting of provisions, in accordance with applicable standards.
• Ensure the correct execution of month-end closing procedures and the quality of the report to the headquarters.
• Support the preparation of footnotes to the Financial Statements.
• Contribute to various projects and initiatives throughout the year such as M&A, FRC, process documentation, testing, auditing, among others.
• Effectively promote processes improvement and knowledge transfer among the team.
• Be in constant and proactive communication with clients and various stakeholders, working closely with different areas of the organization.
