The Service Coordinator role is critical to the success of the district through building and developing relationships with customers and the internal team. This role provides top-notch customer service, coordination for Technicians daily, and administrative support in a fast-paced and thriving office.

A Day in the Life:

  • You will collaborate with a fun and dynamic team to schedule and dispatch Technicians
  • You will maintain great relationships with customers by providing best in class customer service and ensure all service requirements are met
  • You will play an integral part of the company financials by offering billing and collections support
  • You will manage customers’ service and repair work orders from start to finish including scheduling, tracking, material ordering, partner management, warranty management, close-out, and invoicing.

  • 4+ years of related experience
