JOB TITLE:
Project Coordinator, Senior
JOB PURPOSE:
The purpose of this position is to assist in the development and evaluation of community education and training programs with specific focus on inclusive health; and research the effectiveness of those programs at the Wyoming Institute for Disabilities (WIND). Specifically, this position will build capacity, knowledge and skills for Wyoming healthcare professionals including clinical and mental health providers related to improving health outcomes for people with disabilities in Wyoming.
Additionally, this position will provide technical support to Wyoming healthcare professionals and clinical providers, healthcare entities and organizations, technical and business partners, and statewide consortiums related to improving telehealth implementation and utilization.
This position is grant-funded and will directly work with activities associated with the Health and Disability program at the Wyoming Institute for Disabilities including the Wyoming Telehealth Network (WyTN), and the Public Access to Telehealth Sites (PATHS) project to improve community access points for telehealth delivery (i.e. public libraries, UW extension offices, etc.) across Wyoming. The UW Project ECHO in Health Networks to increase attendance and engagement of healthcare professional in the networks and learning opportunities, and lastly building clinical and mental health provider relations for health and disability promotion programs. This position will provide supervision and guidance of other WIND program staff as needed. This position will have oversight from the Program Manager of WIND’s Health Emphasis Program.
This position is grant funded and considered at-will employment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field of social sciences, social services, public administration, or health care administration
Experience: 3 years work-related experience, including program development, training, and grant writing and evidence of successful program development and implementation
