As our Aftermarket Digital Leader, you will be the owner and architect of the Garrett Aftermarket Digital Roadmap, the owner of all digital channels, the e-Commerce leader, and will be accountable for all of Garrett's Aftermarket online activities. You will be the owner of Garrett's Aftermarket Digital Catalogue strategy & implementation. You will define the plan for Aftermarket Digital Marketing initiatives and will lead the rollout of these projects working in collaboration with IT, Corporate Communication and Strategic Marketing.

You will be accountable for developing a digital growth strategy to support all strategic breakthrough initiatives from conceptualization, feasibility study, designing the right digital solutions configuration, business cases approval, and go to market package associated with Online and digital services.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development

  • Develop & implement the Digital Strategy & Product Roadmap that serve as foundation and fuel the Garrett Aftermarket business, in collaboration with cross functional teams (IT, sales, engineering, supply chain and marketing).
  • Act as a cross-functional leader to guide and steer digital projects ensuring effective execution as well as managing the project stakeholders.
  • Prioritize projects based on business needs and ROI, supported by business case, and timeline planning to ensure timely & effective delivery.
  • Keep abreast of Automotive aftermarket and other industries digital innovations and strategies to drive new approaches.
  • Lead Garrett's strategic planning and operational planning sessions on all topics related to digital.

Digital Channel Management:

  • Set up the right digital ecosystem equipped with customer-centric B2B/B2B2C solutions to drive visibility and availability, customer engagement and footprint expansion. Act as a business owner for the development & maintenance of all digital channels.
  • Lead the development of global customer-centric CRM capabilities to enable new business models and a transparent customer journey.
  • Manage & optimize the digital catalogue platform, ensuring data consistency and availability internally and to customers.
  • Develop and further expand Garrett's ecommerce strategy supporting B2B and B2C sales strategies.
  • Manage the Garretts digital marketing platforms such as Garrett aftermarket website, google analytics, market strategy.

Digital Marketing:

  • Lead the digital marketing team in the development and execution of Garrett's Aftermarket digital marketing strategy.
  • Lead awareness, conversion and ecommerce-based campaigns targeting Garrett's key audiences.
  • Define and execute strategies that drive user engagement with the Garrett brand including but not limited to content strategies, development of mechanic training programs, social media engagement, amongst others.
  • Manage the digital budget for the execution of digital marketing programs and content development.
  • Propose, manage and communicate digital KPIs that highlight campaign effectiveness.

Team Management:

  • Lead the digital marketing team in the prioritisation and execution of key campaigns and initiatives.
  • Lead cross functional teams for project execution including both internal teams as well as vendors and integrators.
  • Develop and maintain vendor relationships with partners and agencies that bring to life executions for projects and campaigns.
  • Represent the digital space and initiatives within the Aftermarket headship team to ensure digital alignment with the broader aftermarket stakeholders.

YOU NEED:

  • Diploma Engineering or above (electronics/software/digital)
  • 10+ years experience in digital roles, with direct team-management responsibilities
  • Broad experience in setting up and managing eCommerce, CRM, digital catalogues and other digital platforms
  • Broad experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media platforms, Content creation

Key skills:

  • Fluent in English
  • Strong understanding of digital ecosystem and digital marketing trends, technologies & methodologies
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to articulate & visualize design concepts and strategies clearly
  • Ability to solve complex conceptual, operational and strategic problems with big picture mindset
