Manchester Student Homes is currently looking to recruit an experienced Housing Case Worker and Policy Administrator to co-ordinate the universities accreditation scheme; providing information, advice and guidance to students and landlords navigating the student private rental sector.
The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic, fast-paced settings, adept at juggling multiple deadlines while maintaining a high standard of performance. A proactive self-starter, they recognize the importance of delivering exceptional service.
Experience in housing health and safety compliance and management is essential. This role demands ownership and accountability, requiring the ability to tackle intricate housing challenges with initiative. Effective communication with diverse stakeholders is paramount.
