Sales enablement is a key function in the Field organization at Snowflake. It ensures that the field (Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Partner Account Managers, etc.) stay relevant and up to date with the greatest product innovation, latest selling skills, and current operational processes.

We are looking for a Partner Enablement Senior Manager who will own two key functions for the business:

  1. Drive internal enablement for the Partner/Global Account Managers (PAM/GAM) in the Alliances organization.
  2. Work with a broader partner enablement team (in Alliances) to make available existing content to partner sellers.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:

  • Have a clear understanding and POV on what your two audiences (and related personas) need (both internal partner sellers and external partner sellers).
  • Serve as a dot connector / glue between the Alliances team and the Sales Enablement team - ensuring that information on what we’re doing for Account Executives and Sales Engineers is not only visible to the Alliances team but also provide a POV on what happens.
  • Drive an internal enablement program for the GAM/PAMs to ensure they stay current.
  • Collaborate with Partner Enablement team in Alliances to make available (&/or adapt) existing internal seller enablement content to relevant partner roles via the LMS.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • A minimum of 10+ years of related experience as with a focus in technical partner enablement, sales engineering, &/or technical product marketing, enablement, and/or enterprise software in data warehouse, data engineering, and/or data science.
  • Understanding of complex technical sales cycles, processes and methodologies.
  • Skilled in learning design (e.g. Bloom taxonomy) and measurement (e.g. Kirkpatrick framework), enablement tooling (Learning management, content management, and Articulate/RISE), gamification, and program management across multiple stakeholders (i.e. “master herder of cats”).
  • Domain expertise (&/or ability to create solid first drafts for content that can be reviewed with SMEs, reducing SME burden/adding value for the company) and program delivery in the following areas:
  • Enablement skills: (consulting, design & development, training facilitation skills, presentation, program management, stakeholder management, and whiteboarding)
  • Product knowledge (same acumen as a technical product marketer / veteran AE in areas of technical product acumen)
  • Selling methodologies & skills (e.g. value selling, Challenger Selling, etc.)
  • Run the business skills (e.g. dashboards, CRM updates, etc.)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects, while meeting deadlines and producing quality deliverables.
  • Strong consultative skills - conduct discovery, create solutions to problems, and facilitate workshops / learning opportunities.
  • Highly organized with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-changing environment that requires strategic thinking, resourcefulness, agility, results-oriented decision making and commitment to excellence.
  • Ability to travel as needed and potentially support other regions as needs arise.
