Description

The Microsoft 365/ Teams Subject matter experts position works with customers, management and peers to design, configure and implement Teams, Office 365, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint, and other Microsoft messaging and communications services. Support includes specifications; installation, configuration and testing of services; establishing guidelines and standards; support of existing infrastructure and users, project support as directed, and other technical support functions. The Chosen Candidate will provide subject matter expertise in support of Teams and Office 365 core services. Must have enterprise customer project experience. Excellent presentation and communication skills are a must.

Requirements

  • 6 - 10 years’ experience consulting or working in the enterprise customer arena
  • 6 - 10 years’ experience with Office 365 migration and support of migration tasks
  • 2-3 years’ experience with O365, SharePoint Administration & Teams
  • Extensive experience with designing and implementing Teams, including:
  • Teams Voice with Direct Routing and Microsoft Calling Plans
  • Call Flows and auto attendants
  • Emergency locations and calling
  • Meeting, Live Event and Messaging Policies
  • Teams and M365 Group Governance
  • Meeting room planning, including setup and devices
  • Extensive experience writing, editing, and maintaining PowerShell Scripts
  • Experience with designing and Implementing OneDrive for Business
  • Experience in designing and implementing SharePoint
  • Extensive experience performing discovery and writing scoping and levels of effort for delivering solutions that meet customer business, functional, and technical requirements
  • Face-to-face customer engagement skills
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
  • Ability to explain technical procedures in business terms so that customers understand
  • Ability to develop strategic customer relationships, gain trust, and respect for the team
  • Able to solve complex technical problems through sound and methodical troubleshooting
  • Microsoft Teams Administrator and/or M365 Administrator Certification highly desired
  • Hands on exp in developing business process automations using (Nintex, Powerplatform)

Necessary skills:

  • Strong understanding of ITIL, specific to Change & Release management
  • Experience in managing large scale transition projects
  • Ability and willingness to take direction from CDEs and Client Executives
  • Able to adapt to a changing technical environment
  • Ability to coach other members of team in their area of expertise
  • Ability to communicate clearly with all team members and end-users
  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency
  • Customer facing presentation and consulting skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerShell

Certifications:

  • ITIL Foundation (optional),
  • Certification on O365, MS Teams, Power platform (Optional in case of Good knowledge)

You will be successful in this role if you have:

All except Home Affairs: • Requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years’ experience including relevant technical expertise • Requires in-depth knowledge and experience • Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective using existing solutions • Works independently and receives minimal guidance • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience Home Affairs: • Minimum of 5 years’ experience, with knowledge of Microsoft Systems Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) • Microsoft PowerShell • Microsoft Application Virtualization (App-V) • iVanti Application Control • Symantec Anti-Virus and Endpoint Management • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Visio) • Windows 10 and Windows 7 • Security level clearance required FOR EPO (End-point Operations) •8 years’ experience preferred in managing and having knowledge of Microsoft Systems Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM) (out of the 8 years’ experience) •Experience in either one or multiple Workplace Services domains. •Collaboration tools, Systems Management - Software Distribution, Mobility Management, Image and Packaging, End Point Security and latest technologies. •Experience in all Antivirus software and not only on Symantec
