Job Responsibilities:

  • User Needs Assessment: Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand user requirements, including the "voice of the customer," for healthcare data-related projects and internal dashboard setup
  • Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare data, including time series process data and operational data, to extract valuable insights
  • Data Visualization: Create visually compelling charts and dashboards to present data findings effectively, with a focus on the Healthcare Experiences team
  • Insights and Decision Support: Report insights derived from data analysis and assist users in making informed decisions to enhance healthcare outcomes
  • Data Cleaning and Wrangling: Perform data cleaning and data wrangling to prepare data for analysis and analytics modeling
  • Operational Dashboard Setup: Design, create, and update operational dashboards using tools such as Rexis Salesforce, Google Sheet, and other relevant platforms, specifically tailored to the Healthcare Experiences team's needs
  • Data Automation: Support the implementation of digital tier meeting dashboards through data automation and analysis solutions, focusing on improving the healthcare experience
  • Project Review: Conduct reviews of digitalization project initiatives related to the Healthcare Experiences team to ensure they are completed in a timely manner and deliver value
  • Project Deliverables: Deliver the expected output of these projects, including reports, analyses, presentations, and fully functional internal dashboards by the end of your internship period

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Diploma or, Bachelor’s in Communication, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or any related field
  • Strong interest or passion in leveraging data to drive healthcare improvements
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with a strong background in Excel
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., google sheet, AppScript, Tableau) is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced healthcare environment
