Jadeer is hiring on behalf of one of its clients, a leading company in the door hardware manufacturing industry in the Egyptian market.

Job Title: Product Specialist.

Department: Marketing.

Reporting to: Senior Product Manager.

Product Line: Category Manager.

Job Location: 5th Settlement.

Job Purpose:

  • Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Ensuring that the product supports the company's overall strategy and goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Pricing: Support others by performing prescribed data collection and analysis that will lead to the most cost-effective and equitable use of resources, using existing procedures.
  • Product Management: Take responsibility for all aspects of the life cycle of a product or set of products. Stay abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the product's competitive position.
  • Strategy Implementation: Implementation and execution of product strategy in order to enable the success of the enterprise.

Tasks:

  • Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals.
  • Enhance and rationalize Product portfolio continuously.
  • New Product Development plans & execution.
  • Deliver a monthly sales forecast.
  • Develop sales tools and collateral (training, material, etc...).
  • PIPO (Phase – in – Phase – out Plans) in Coordination with other Functions.
  • Assess & analyze the market Competitive landscape, gaps, opportunities, and risks.
  • Create, maintain, and update product codes, denominations, and models.
  • Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product
  • Perform product demos to customers

Key Requirements:

  • 3 – 5 years of experience in marketing or relevant field.
  • Proven experience in the manufacturing or relevant industry,
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics or Electromechanical Engineering.
