Do you want to be part of a team that supports United States European Command (USEUCOM)? Peraton is looking for someone who can be a key contributor to our team as a Project Manager. You will be required to provide program and project-level strategy, planning, and execution support as well as plan, lead, and manage the ingest, development, coordination, and implementation of Integrated Project Plans (IPP) in response to Assisted Acquisition Services (AAS) COR project requests. Coordinates with key personnel, task leads, and project managers to execute projects in accordance with Government goals, objectives, and requirements. Assists the Operations & Transition manager as required and provides a single Government POC for oversight of the operation of one or more projects. Develops, coordinates, facilitates reviews of, and submits program deliverables and uses the dedicated portal and dashboards to ingest AAS COR-requested projects, initiate/develop and manage IPPs, report status, and submit IPPs/deliverables for Government acceptance. Collaborates across the team using the Service Performance Optimization (SPO) process to mitigate challenges, optimize efficiency, and maximize performance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • 10+ years in Information Operations (IO) and Information Warfare (IW) operations, planning, deployment and training
  • Skills: MS Project
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytic and problem solving skills, organizational and communications skills.
  • Extensive background in managing, monitoring, and controlling program and project execution.
  • Desired: PMP or equivalent certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Project Manager within the last ten years working at or above the CCMD level
  • Experience within the last five years working in the DoD
  • Experience managing projects and/or programs with multiple CONUS and OCONUS performance locations.
  • Experience with SOFA requirements, regulations, and processes within the USEUCOM AOR, specifically for Germany.
