The role incumbent is to learn how to run CONCERNED SUB-DEPARTMENT plant without downtime efficiently with safety. The role will focus primarily on learning DCS/SCADA Operation of CONCERNED SUB-DEPARTMENT plant. Following activities to be learned by the incumbent include: Production Troubleshooting of DCS/SCADA related problems. Demonstrate experience in case of abnormalities in DCS/SCADA and resolve assisting panel shift incharge. Monitor & maintain Nitration, Distillation & Crystallizer DCS/SCADA process parameter as per SOP’s. Monitor & maintain tank levels of intermediate and finish products tanks. Monitor QC parameters & initiate action in consultation with Panel shift in charge Supervising of process parameter and maintain it as per SOP. Follow SOP & work permit system to maintain safe working environment. To observe time to time result and then initiate action as per requirement. Pump changeover (stand by pumps). To look around feed filters replacements, suction strainer cleaning, tank cleaning status, distributor cleaning etc. To take charge from previous shift panel officer Continuously monitoring and maintaining the required parameters as per SOP'S. Co-ordinate with shift in charge in case of any abnormalities Safety and Documentation Startup / Shut down safely. Training to new manpower for DCS/SCADA panel. Record QC Parameter. Note down DCS/SCADA log sheet & tanks level timely. Check, Follow SOP to maintain safe working environment. Adherance to SOP and work permit system to maintain safe working environment Pump changeover (stand by pumps). To look around feed filters replacements, suction strainer cleaning, tank cleaning status, distributor cleaning etc. To maintain Startup / Shut down record and continuously monitor activity. Maintaining log books & log sheets of plant. To monitor Production as per purity and production targets given. To monitor Raw Materials consumption, loading, unloading level status. To maintain Intermediate, Finished product tank level.
