For our Global Headquarters, we are seeking for our next Customer Engagement Capability Development Manager to shape Key Customers Relationship Management and design and implement our global initiatives, fostering sales strategy transformation across markets.
You will manage, together the Customer Development Manager, both strategic and operative/functional projects to radically change the sales practice within Ferrero.
In this role (30%), You will work on several initiatives aimed to improve the relationships with customers:
Your support will be crucial in design Joint Business Plan for customers and centrally lead the program, driving the execution through the matrix channels / markets / customers, together leading sales professional across the world.
In this role (70%), You will co-lead several initiatives within our program of Commercial Transformation:
Your interactions will span various departments and stakeholders, including SBD R&TM, OTC Process Improvement, IT COEs, and Local Sales / Trade Marketing / Supply Chain, among others.
Through effective communication and collaboration with these interfaces, you'll drive alignment and ensure the success of PIM-DAM, eB2B Portal and SC related initiatives, contributing to the overall commercial transformation objectives of the organization.
Thanks to your extensive background, you will bring between 5 to 8 years of experience in Sales, Digital Marketing, and/or Business Development to the role. Expertise in top tier strategic consulting firms will be appreciated too, with focus on sales strategy implementation projects, preferably in FMCG sector and with operative / functional design experience.
Your expertise should specifically include a track record in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector. Your success in this position will hinge on your adept relational skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse cultures and stakeholders across different levels. Furthermore, your analytical mindset will be an asset in navigating the complexities of the role.
Your proficiency in IT skills, particularly in MS Office with a focus on PowerPoint and Excel, will contribute to the efficient execution of tasks. Fluency in English is a prerequisite for the role, and any additional language proficiency would be considered an advantageous attribute, enhancing your ability to engage with a broader spectrum of stakeholders.
