Are you ready to drive meaningful growth and innovation in the insurance industry? We're looking for an experienced Manager to join the Growth and Journey Marketing team and help deliver modern, consumer-centric marketing communications across known channels.

As the Manager, Growth & Journey Marketing – Direct Mail & Campaign, you will be responsible for the day-to-day development and execution of direct mail marketing campaigns as well as other direct to consumer digital marketing channels such as email, to drive multichannel acquisition and retention. You will collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments and stakeholders to develop strategies that align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including direct mail, email, and digital advertising to drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Work with Growth & Journey marketing team members and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of campaigns, including creative development, audience development/ list management, analytics and reporting
  • Utilize customer data and segmentation to personalize messaging and increase relevance
  • Manage vendors for cost analysis, production oversight and campaign execution
  • Develop and manage campaign budgets, warehouse inventory, processes, materials, timelines, and KPIs to ensure effective and on-time results.
  • Establish communication loop with Integrated marketing team to understand seasonal trends, tentpole launches, and other key initiatives to drive direct mail content and campaigns
  • Rigorously test direct mail attributes; from content and format to lists, offers, and segmentation
  • Analyze campaign performance. Provide recommendations and apply learnings to optimize future campaign performance
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in campaign management and digital marketing

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in direct response marketing and testing, as well as proven expertise and understanding of direct mail campaign development and execution
  • Thorough knowledge of end-to-end direct mail processes including printing, processing, postage requirements, vendor management and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly detail-oriented, data-driven, self-starter, innovative and analytical
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Proven track record of achieving results in a matrixed environment
  • Demonstrable aptitude for learning new skills, programs, and processes
  • Strong organization and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualification:

  • 3+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms (ex: Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud) with a focus in email marketing or digital advertising
  • Experience in the Insurance, Financial Services, Telecom or other subscription-based businesses

Annual Salary

$102,000.00 - $168,000.00

The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
