About the Job:
Develop and implement the divisional business strategy, aligning with Alfa Laval's goals.
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to achieve sales targets.
Analyze markets, customers, and competitors to inform strategic planning.
Foster strong relationships with customers and partners to drive growth.
Implement initiatives to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
Oversee capital sales equipment and after-sales service for the region.
