Job Description:

The position is mainly responsible for processing SLIMTC transactions that require manual handling such as Local Funds, Loans and other securities. It also covers Cash Management and Liquidity functions, reconciliation of Daily Transaction Report, and checking of the Time Deposit transactions against counterparty confirmations.

• Performs daily operations tasks relating to investment trades/transactions, which includes local funds subscriptions and redemptions, Investment in Loans processing, and other securities that require manual handling.
• Checks daily settlements and funding requirements to ensure timely settlement of trades and client withdrawals.
• Performs daily reconciliation of the Daily Transaction Report (DTR) sent by the Outsourcing Partner, to ensure completeness of records flowing to the Sunlife internal applications that generate the AML report.
• Checks Time Deposit placements by Investments against confirmations from the counterparties and sends summary to Citi Middle Office to ensure swift instructions are released and trades are accounted correctly.
• Prepares manual CTR file in BCP instances where Sunlife internal applications are down.
• Preparation of reports, as required
• Participation in SLIMTC initiatives or projects
