RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SuccessFactors Platform Architect to join our team at BASF. As a Solution Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing innovative HR solutions using the SuccessFactors platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects and work packages in an agile approach. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the digital transformation of our HR processes and drive organizational success.

• In your new role, you lead the end-to-end design and implementation of SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
• You collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• In addition, you oversee the configuration and customization of SuccessFactors modules and collaborate with our SuccessFactors product delivery teams for Performance & Goals, Compensation, Recruiting and Learning as well as our roadmap towards Employee Central.
• Moreover, you will provide technical expertise in the areas of integration and extensions such as CPI Cloud Foundry, SAP Business Technology Platforms and API design to advise on the design of customer-specific integrations as well as support the implementation in a coordinated manner.
• You ensure data protection and cyber security measures are implemented in integrations and the data models especially with Intelligent Services.
• Finally, you will provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders throughout the implementation process, performing system integration testing and supporting user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS

• degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
• proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a strong focus on SuccessFactors implementations
• in-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central as well as the Talent Modules of BizX and LMS
• solid understanding of HR processes and best practices
• experience in HCM transformation to SuccessFactors Employee Central
• excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• very good German and English skills
