Position Overview

DB Global Technology is Deutsche Bank’s technology center in Central and Eastern Europe. Opened in January 2014, the Bucharest office is constantly expanding.

The team is made up of enthusiastic professionals that work in an international environment, learning new technologies as part of Deutsche Banks’ businesses.

The team is made up of enthusiastic professionals that work in an international environment adapting to different context and learning new technologies and parts of Deutsche Banks’ businesses. We are flexible about our working locations and travel abroad to enable project success and speed up delivery and knowledge transfer activities.

More About You

On your first day, we will expect you to have:

  • A creative approach towards solving technical problems;
  • 3+ years of Java development experience;
  • In-depth experience with Spring Framework;
  • Previous experience with application servers (any of the following: JBoss, Tomcat, Weblogic, WebSphere);
  • Experience with REST and SOAP;
  • Knowledge of TeamCity/Jenkins, Maven, GIT, Atlassian tools ecosystem;
  • SQL basic knowledge
  • Proactive can-do attitude and a creative approach towards solving technical problems;
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

It is great, but not required, if you have:

  • Experience with Microservice-oriented architecture and API management concepts.
  • Camunda
  • Design Patterns;
  • TDD;
  • Experience with Google Cloud/Kubernetes/Docker/OpenShift/Fabric;
  • Message brokers: JMS/Kafka/RabbitMq/IBMMQ;
  • In memory database mechanism: Ehcahce/Redis/Hazelcast;
