Your Role and Responsibilities

Work in an Agile, collaborative environment to understand requirements, design, code, and test web-based applications, and support those applications for our highly valued customers.

• Employ IBM’s Design Thinking to create products that provide an optimal user experience along with high performance, security, quality, and stability.
• Document general processes and practices as needed.
• Team collaboration to maintain end-to-end ownership and delivery code
• sources owned by the MultiCloud SaaS Platform UI Squad.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• 4+ years of experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript,ES6 and Typescript to create dynamic and interactive web experiences.
• Hands-on experience in Utilizing front-end frameworks/Libraries like React Js ,Next Js,Vue.Js or Angular to create scalable and reusable UI components to streamline development and maintenance.
• Proficiency in Modern JavaScript Concepts like ES6,Promise,Observable,Subjects and Oops in JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience in developing responsive and adaptive web Application using CSS Frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSC or Pure CSC
• Proficiency in using Application State Management tools like Redux ,Ngrx, Mobx etc.
• Utilize design tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or Figma to create high-fidelity mock-ups and interactive prototypes.
• Good Knowledge on Writing Unit Test cases in any of these framework like Jest, Mocha and Jasmine etc
• Team-mindset: Willingness to collaborate and iterate.
• Growth-mindset: Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
• Experience building responsive and reusable UI/UX components.
• Experience building micro-frontend web applications.
• Demonstrable hands-on expertise in cloud technologies.
• Deep understanding and demonstrable application of Agile best practices.
• Ability to perform customer-facing activities in a fast-paced environment with short timeframes, verbal and communication skills, ability to debug complex problems, and knowledge of debugging tools and cloud environments.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Good to have a Knowledges on JavaScript Design Pattern like MVVM, Prototype, Abstract Factory
• Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues using browser developer tools and debugging techniques.
• Familiarity with Version Control Tool like Git Gitlab/GitHub or Azure/Aws Devops tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and experience working with a deployment pipeline such as Jenkins, Azure/AWS Devops etc.
• Good to have Knowledge on Cloud Technologies like AWS,Azure,GCP any one is good enough. Good to have Knowledge on Docker/Pod-man ,Kubernetes etc.
