The Baker is responsible for baking and pastry preparation for the Theme Park and Catering events with strict adherence to established recipes, sanitation and health codes.

Responsibilities:

  • Set up and breakdown stations according to USH Production Kitchen guidelines and restock all items as needed throughout shift, while moving through various assignments throughout the shift.
  • Prepare product using all methods of baking and pastry preparation using established recipes, portions and methods prescribed by the Company in a sanitary and timely manner.
  • Maintain a clean work area, including the washing of pots, pans and other kitchen items and taking out trash while following established safety standards and safe food handling guidelines.
  • Understand and demonstrate the proper use of safety food preparation and handling practices and ensure department standards are maintained and safety policies for the Park upheld.
  • Promotes and provides extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answers questions and offers information in a courteous manner. Seeks to provide assistance to guests.

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years older
  • Previous Culinary Experience Preferred
  • Culinary Degree Preferred

The pay rate for this role is $19.00.
