Job Description

As the primary strategic partner to the business, ensure the effective delivery of all HR programs and services in commercial & non-commercial functions he/she is responsible for:

  • As a Talent Acquisition partner, plan & execute recruitment activities for relevant roles
  • As a Talent consultant, coordinate the implementation of performance management and talent management processes in line with AbbVie’s talent philosophy
  • Provide consultancy to people leaders and employees on assessment, calibration and communication process
  • Ensure all employees’ development is appropriately supported through effective development & training programs
  • Implement Total Rewards philosophy within the teams
  • Provide counselling to people managers in merit planning and communication
  • Create offers for new hires and promotions ensuring internal and external equity
  • Ensure efficient utilization and administration of local and global reward and recognition programs.
  • As a culture ambassador, ensure all culture initiatives are implemented and adopted by employees
  • Track engagement through employee satisfaction surveys and ensure action plans are implemented
  • Provide requested reports and analyses in relation with people analytics (HC reporting, org. charts etc.)
  • Accountable for budget management
  • Ensure compliance with local labor law, SSI practices, regulations and policies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree,
  • 4-5 years of experience preferably as a generalist & min. 1 years as HRBP,
  • Demonstrated understanding of Organizational Development activities,
  • Business acumen and high learning agility in grasping the commercial aspects,
  • Well organized, highly analytical, problem solver
  • Strong coaching and counselling skills,
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to influence through building trustful relations,
  • Advanced level at written and spoken English,
  • Applies solid judgment ensuring integrity, compliance & confidentiality
