DAI is seeking an Accounts Payable Analyst to join our busy Finance Team. This will be a full-time, permanent role based in Belgrade, Serbia. Accounts Payable Analyst’s primary responsibility is to support accounts payable functions to support DAI entity in EU.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Supplier Management:

  • Cover to help AP when needed to create suppliers in Oracle and verify their bank details.

Invoice Management:

  • Monitor the shared inbox for the supplier’s invoices.
  • Process invoices/Credit Notes.
  • Dealing with all suppliers/invoices queries internally and externally.
  • Audit employee’s expenses on weekly basis.
  • Ensures timely communications and processing.
  • Provide proof or payments from banking platforms. 
  • Work closely with AP and Treasury team.
  • Responds timely to all inquiries and requirements.

Qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Working experience within finance department.
  • Fluent in English.
  • MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. 
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to details. 
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance, as well as prioritise work and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
  • Desirable knowledge of Oracle accounts payable - P2P.
  • Desirable knowledge of Oracle cloud.
