We are looking for a Site Manager_BU Consumer_Pomezia

The candidate, reporting directly to the Area Manager will have the following responsibilities:

What Will You Do:

  • Warehouse management: organization and planning of daily activities in compliance with the customer's need; control of flows, accounting data and warehouse stocks relating to IN, OUT, returns and various materials activities;
  • Take full leadership, operational and financial responsibility for managing a safe, efficient operational standards and profitable site for the organization and the customer(s);
  • Manage the change of mind set to Standardization and Continuous Improvement;
  • Monitor the operation's span of control and build a strategy;
  • Discuss and approve improvement actions that involve customer requirements and SLA's, additional resources and financial investments with the operations managers;
  • Promote the continuous improvement culture and sustainability of the program with operations managers and their teams;
  • Lead by example to reinforce behaviors associated with our culture;
  • Management of providers of the site's general services such as security, infrastructure, maintenance.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Manufacturing or Supply Chain Industry in a similar role with managing people is essential for this role;
  • Master`s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics or Business Administration is required;
  • Several experience in a direct management team;
  • Languages: Italian (native); English (fluent);
  • Leadership skills and capability of defining and deploying strategic plan for the site;
  • Strong analytical skillsMaster Process excellence, Lean Manufacturing-wise programs (TPS, WCM, TPM, Six Sigma, etc)
  • Team player with a positive mind set
