Job Responsibilities:

A. Marketing Management and Business Development

  • Lead and drive the implementation of marketing strategies approved by headquarters to achieve overall performance targets for new customer teams.
  • Develop sales strategies and business plans to identify and capture specific business opportunities.
  • Effectively utilize the sales resources of the headquarters to guide and assist customer acquisition managers in inviting clients to open accounts to achieve performance goals.
  • Provide feedback on customer responses and competitive situations to the business management and customer strategy supervisor and make recommendations.
  • Ensure all staff adhere to and fully comply with internal policies, standards, guidelines, regulations, and regulations set by regulatory authorities and supervisory agencies.

B. Talent Management and Assistance in Recruitment

  • Ensure adequate staffing through effective recruitment, resource planning, and workforce scheduling to enhance daily sales and operational productivity.
  • Identify differences and deficiencies in employee capabilities, recommend training and development plans, and track improvements after training.
  • Train and educate individual employees to improve their performance and efficiency.
  • Supervise employees' daily work performance and maintain employee discipline.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with employees, provide motivation and support to encourage them to achieve goals.
  • Foster trust and morale among team members and deal with employee issues fairly.

C. Customer Experience Management

  • Achieve predetermined satisfaction levels in multiple customer satisfaction surveys/tracking programs (e.g., mystery shopping and telephone service surveys).
  • Supervise the daily service quality of employees and the branch environment to meet the standards required by the bank.
  • Provide prompt responses to special customer requests to ensure oral and face-to-face complaints are addressed and resolved immediately according to internal guidelines.

D. Audit and Compliance Monitoring

  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, standards, guidelines, regulations, and regulations set by regulatory authorities and supervisory agencies.
  • Enhance the control and compliance quality of branch operations through leadership, education, monitoring, and effective remedial measures.

Job Requirement:

A. Work Experience: A minimum of 7 years of experience in the personal consumer finance sector, including at least 4 years of experience in sales management and 3 years of experience in branch operations, will be given priority.

B. Strong educational background, with a university degree preferred.

C. Must possess the relevant licenses/qualifications and comply with regulations of the regulatory authorities.

D. Possession of relevant business certifications (please refer to the relevant certification field).

E. Must meet the training requirements and regulations of the regulatory authorities.

F. Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.

G. Familiarity with regulatory requirements for the banking industry by regulatory authorities.
