Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose escalated streaming, VOD, billing/licenses, and application issues in real-time.
  • Identify and escalate possible code issues across all platforms.
  • Work closely with the development team to understand the streaming and infrastructure stacks.
  • Work with platform teams to diagnose and manage physical hardware.
  • Work closely with the operation/customers support teams to resolve issues.
  • Responsible for configuration changes in the platform.
  • Handle escalated support and incident tickets.
  • Actively review the existing monitoring metrics for improvement.
  • Assist with testing on streaming components and workflows.
  • Provide guidance on technical issues experienced by clients and internal stakeholders.
