As a reflection of our current needs and planned growth we are very pleased to offer a new opportunity to join our dedicated team as a Manager, Paid Media.

The Manager, Paid Media will play a critical role in the development and execution of precision media on behalf of WellNow Urgent Care. This position is a digital native and key driver of the planning, integration, and execution of all digital media. They will be the owner of all execution of digital/precision/performance media (e.g. SEM, Social, Programmatic Display, OLV, CTV) driving alignment across third parties and internal cross-functional groups to deliver flawless execution in these channels.

This key contributor will use marketing, customer, and business data to inform insights and hypotheses for how to improve the efficacy of precision media investments. They will collaborate with other marketing leads, brand, and communications teams to integrate and execute media initiatives into the overall marketing plan. They will inform the learning agenda for cross channel media investment and optimization at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies encompassing various platforms including paid search (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads), social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter), Programmatic, YouTube, OLV, CTV.
  • Responsible for the management and execution of campaigns across multiple paid media channels to drive targeted traffic and maximize ROI.
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, ad copy testing, and audience targeting to enhance campaign performance across all platforms.
  • Utilize advanced bidding strategies, ad extensions, and targeting options to optimize campaign efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Utilize call tracking platforms such as Invoca to attribute phone call conversions to specific advertising campaigns and keywords.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics using Google Analytics and GA4, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices across all paid media channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including digital marketing, analytics, creative, and sales to align paid media efforts with overall marketing objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver regular performance reports; highlighting key metrics, trends, and optimizations across all paid media channels.
  • Lead meetings and presentations to discuss campaign performance, strategy, and future opportunities.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in paid advertising, with a focus on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale campaigns with multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms, including all available products and features.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Editor, and Microsoft Ads Editor.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry trends.
  • Google Ads and Microsoft Ads certifications are preferred but not required.

This position will be on-site 3 days per week at our 800 W Fulton office location, 2 days remote.

Starting salary: $93,500-$110,000 (DOE), plus up to 10% bonus opportunity
