1) Job Purpose: 

This role is responsible for supporting the Sales & Marketing Activities of the Ceramics Team. The job profile is identified to play a vital role that calls for co-ordination with customers, plant, and to take care of customer support service activities.

Order & Finished Goods Management

  1. Ensure order entry within 24 hrs of receipt of order.
  2. Follow-up with plant for dispatch
  3. OTIF Calculation
  4. Co-ordinate with TM for hold release on a daily basis and give clearance to plant.
  5. PFI to customer Co-ordinate with customers

Financial

  1. Request for Credit check release as advised
  2. Preparation of RCN in consultation with TM by 7th of every month
  3. Sale intimation to Customer for payment
  4. Sending Balance confirmation to customers and follow-up for payment
  5. Provide UTR details to accounts for application in the same day.
  6. Request for refund
  7. Liability provision to be sent on the 1st working day of the month.

MIS

  1. Preparation of Monthly Report for the region by 5th of every Month
  2. Order booking Report on daily basis
  3. Daily Transit/Stock report
  4. Assist in Audit
  5. Price circular on every price change
  6. Order tracking Matrix
  7. Daily Sales report
  8. MTD Plant/Product wise booking
  9. Monthly customer wise performance all India report

Co-ordination

  1. Yearly visit to go-down and manage stock at lowest
  2. Coordination with HO
  3. Yearly visit to plant co-ordination
  4. Visit to Customer - Need base
  5. Support respective TM for specific customer
  6. Coordination with customers and TM for sale projection

Digitalization

  1. Ensure timelines for Ekayan testing and integration
  2. Active involvement in Digitisation initiatives and projects
  3. Active involvement in Digitalisation projects such as RPA.

Key Accounts Management

  1. Support Respective TM for specific KEY Account
  2. Improve customer satisfaction level by providing better services
  3. Visit Key Account & Support KAM Activity

Safety

  1. Safe working environment at work place for team members and visitors.
  2. Ensure that basic safety practices at office and WFH and no unsafe condition at WFH/WFO
  3. Covid -19 guideline to be followed at home and office.
