We are looking for enthusiastic and talented engineers to join us as as “Process Engineer” within Process Engineering Department. The role is based in Menemen, İzmir.
What will be decisive:
- B.S. degree in Mechanical, Chemical Engineer relevant required,
- Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferable in composites manufacturing,
- Ability to read/understand technical drawings, global standards (ISO, ASTM etc.),
- Proficient with AutoCAD 2D, 3D CAD skill is a plus,
- Experience with statistical process control and data analyses (minitab, advanced excel),
- Proficient in Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher),
- Ability to perform/use RCCA, problem solving tools (5 why, 8D, ishikawa, DMAIC, etc.),
- Preferably has Six Sigma Green Belt,
- Ability to maintain safe work environment,
- Team player, strong communicator,
- Ability to work by shift, flexible in working hours,
- Fluent reading, writing, and speaking in English.
What will be your contributions:
- Develop and implement optimal, cost-effective manufacturing processes and methods in accordance with product specifications and quality standards,
- Recommend and implement improvements to production processes, methods and controls,
- Coordinate manufacturing implementation activities for new or revised products,
- Ensure the customer design specification is met through our manufacturing processes.
