We are looking for an Equipment & Facilities Specialist to join our team.

What You’ll Do

  • Assists team members and outside contractors by coordinating equipment repairs
  • Create, track and monitor work orders through a facility software platform
  • Assists in ensuring facility compliance with all local, state, and federal codes and regulations
  • Track expenditures for clinical equipment purchases, repairs and moves
  • Assists with construction related projects as required
  • Documents standardized related projects as required
  • Performs all other duties, as assigned

What You’ll Need

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in facilities, construction or vendor management required
  • Experience in a Healthcare Support Service Organization preferred
  • Intermediate Knowledge of CMMS Software required
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) required
  • Intermediate knowledge and awareness of facility management trends preferred
  • Intermediate knowledge of finance management systems (Sage Intacct) preferred
