Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
  • 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with wireless technologies such as LTE, and 5G.
  • Experience with developing and testing embedded software systems.
  • Experience with protocol development and troubleshooting.
  • Ability to debug, optimize code, and automate routine tasks.
  • Interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed.
  • Interest in designing, analyzing, and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop full stack embedded communication software.
  • Find the long-term difficult technical debt and pay it off.
  • Build sustainable and scalable communication software framework.
  • Manage performance of the communication system software.
