The ServiceNow HRSD Architect will be responsible for overseeing the architecture and design of ServiceNow HRSD, which provides employee, manager, and HR functionality for Pay, Personnel, and Benefits for Federal agencies. You will provide subject matter expertise, guide developers, and provide hands-on development and configuration of ServiceNow while also supporting platform improvements and modernization. You will work closely with business process consultants and other technical architects in agile teams to deliver human capital capabilities within ServiceNow.
