As an HR Product Manager, you will be a functional HR subject matter expert who will offer advice and expertise to help improve business performance and implement key human capital requirements across multiple systems. You will be required to demonstrate subject matter expertise in Federal HR during customer discussions to support overall design and roadmap of HR capabilities. You will also be responsible for providing guidance to HR business analysts. Activities include requirements analysis, functional design, user story creation and validation, testing, and troubleshooting. In this role, you will collaborate with team members across teams within an agile framework and you must communicate clearly and effectively with customer stakeholders.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Experience working with human capital technology products for federal customers
  • Experience supporting federal HC process improvement initiatives in various parts of the life cycle for several different federal agencies
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills including effective oral and written communications
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to research issues and provide solutions
  • Engage with client stakeholders and customers to determine appropriate process improvements

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Business case and business development experience
  • Agile certification, preferable SAFe
  • Experience with enterprise design thinking
