Position Description

Looking for a Senior Program Analyst, Service Common position that supports the mission of NAVSEA NSW and the extended Special Operations Force community? This Serco position will support NAVSEA as a prime for the contract responsible for providing professional, administrative, engineering, and technical support services. 

You will work with a large team of engineering and analysis support employees across the spectrum of Acquisition and Program Management functions. 

In this role, you will: 

  • Report to and work closely with the Program Manager. 
  • Be on site at Government facility but work collaboratively with other employees at contractor site during normal working hours. 

Serco Inc. is using this posting for the purpose of responding to a proposal. We are seeking qualified candidates in the event of a contract award. This position is not currently funded/active. Should Serco be awarded the contract, and you meet the qualifications of the position, you will be considered in the selection process.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have: 

  • An active TS/SCI clearance 
  • A bachelors degree in business, management and/or National Security related disciplines 
  • 10 years of demonstrated work experience in Program Management in support of MPM Office 
  • 8 years of demonstrated work experience in resourcing and/or acquisition of NSW, SOF and/or Navy Expeditionary Forces equipment 
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products/services; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 
  • The ability to travel up to 10%

Additional desired experience and skills: 

  • Graduate degree in business, management and/or National Security related disciplines 
  • PMP or DAWIA Level III PM certification
  • Prior service, military or civilian military within any USSOCOM component 
  • 8 years of demonstrated work experience supporting NSW SOF, and/or Navy Expeditionary Forces in resourcing and/or acquisition related positions with and emphasis supporting NSW and/or Navy Small Arms, Stabilized Small Arms Mounts, Visual Augmentation Systems, Premeditated Personal Parachuting Systems (P3), Helicopter Rope Suspension Technique- Cast Recovery (HRST-C) and Cargo Airdrop
