Job description

In your new role you will:

  • Be the process owner for Calibration (CAL), Measurement System Analysis (MSA) and Equipment qualification (EQ), continuously looking for improvements
  • Be responsible for the sustaining IFX QM CAL, MSA, EQ and respective tools, including regular steering meetings with all relevant stakeholder across organizations as well as managing the impact of internal and external influence
  • Be responsible for reporting of effectiveness and efficiency KPI
  • Build up cross functional team- and project set ups, lead focus teams (up to 5 people) and being the technical/thought leadership in implementing necessary measures
  • Regularly review process performance and support audits in the IFX organization
  • Conduct training and coaching/mentoring of users, local process experts, potential sub-process owners and process leaders

Your Profile

You can quickly establish a successful cooperation with colleagues. Also, you demonstrate strong communication skills and know how to establish lasting relationships and networks. Furthermore, you work conscientiously on making things better, faster, and more efficient.

Beyond, you are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A university degree in Science (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Electronics, Statistics, Material Science) or similar
  • An excellent statistical background
  • Good knowledge of the quality management system
  • Experience in quality engineering and handling of test equipment, as well as profound understanding of the requirements of the automotive industry
  • Strong relationship management skills with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with the IFX high performance model
  • Significant expertise in development and production processes, KPIs and internal & external standards
  • The capability to develop, structure and lead the organizational development team with clear roles, responsibilities and interfaces (relevant contributors from FE, BE and all DIVs)

Austria: We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification. The employment is in accordance with the collective salary and wage agreement for employees of the electrical and electronics industry, employment group I (https://www.feei.at/wp-content/uploads/2022/05/minimum-salaries-white-collar-workers-2023.pdf). The monthly salary is paid 14 times p.a. We offer a higher compensation depending on your expertise and skills.
